Rosneft continues to be India’s top Russian crude oil supplier. Despite US sanctions, large volumes reached Reliance Industries, Indian Oil, and Nayara Energy in December. New Russian exporters have also emerged. Indian Oil was the biggest buyer, followed by Reliance Industries. These transactions are part of existing deals being concluded.
